For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

wowjili reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if you are found to be ineligible. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause.

To access the full features of the wowjili Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the wowjili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wowjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• KYC Verification: wowjili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. wowjili reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the wowjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• wowjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account.
• wowjili reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has acted in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the wowjili Platform:

• All games on the wowjili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on wowjili's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive and final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

All content on the wowjili Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of wowjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from wowjili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

wowjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wowjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

wowjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring suspension or termination.
• Extended Account inactivity, as defined in wowjili's dormant account policy.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting wowjili's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of bonus balances) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct will have all balances forfeited. wowjili will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Account termination in such circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the wowjili Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

wowjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wowjili will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.
